Julian Carrera is President of Soup2Nuts Consulting and specializes in facilitating rapid expansion in small and mid size businesses. He consults with firms on business development, management, operations, marketing, and sales.
His background includes experience in several explosive growth business sectors, including telecommunications, banking, real estate, web development, and new technologies. As a member of North Jersey Chamber of Commerce, Julian has collaborated with local businesses in Essex, Bergen, and Passaic counties on strategy, product and services development, and human resources including hiring and workforce management.
He currently serves on the Board of the Mental Health Clinic of Passaic as Vice President and has participated in the award-winning Healthcare & Careers Summit for NSHMBA. He also acts a mentor for the Latino Leadership Conference at Montclair State University.
